Bernie, I meant to respond to this earlier, but got hung up in the SEC report.

About the expose', I tend to wonder why it took so long to report this. With so much money and power involved it would seem like an obvious place for corruption to occure and therefor need to be very closely monitored.

Since this has been revealed I would expect them to lay low for a while. Might be a damn good time to file.

About the Pre-IND meetings: I have searched high and low, read the last four SEC filings (today, some for the second time) and checked over the globomax web page. This is what I found:

Globomax works closely with the FDA to ensure a high success rate (which they do have). The SEC filings do not come right out and say that they are in Pre-IND meetings, but the wording indicates, to me, that they are. (I tend to be a little optimistic in my views so take that with a grain of salt.) Wish I had some hard evidence to post, but there just isn't any.

At least I am up on the SEC filings

Dan
