Alex, I'll take a shot at answering your questions. 1) PDTK trades on Nasdaq bulletin board, not Nasdaq. Nasdaq bulletin board has no listing requirements. Quaterly financial reporting are only required by Nasdaq. 2) The Internet Mall is much further down the road. Biotrack is more immediate. 3) PDTK has been saying Biotrack is "almost done" for many months now, and have thus disappointed their more impatient shareholders. There is always the risk that they cannot raise the money to make it "done", or that in raising the money excessive share dilution takes place. Ram
