Andreas, I have been playing with FSII options for the last few months. Took a position in the Jun 12« calls and Sep 15 calls back in March. Both have done pretty well, but no homerun yet. Although the June options are fast approaching expiration I could not resist buying some more Jun 12« calls on Monday at $1.25 (no premium at all!!). I think one or two other people and I are the only ones working this options (trading is very thin). But I think the opportunities are quite attractive given the fact that premiums are so small. Back in March I thought the prospects that FSII would go above $15 by September was a pretty good bet. For an investment of $1400 I will riding the gains of 3000 shares of stock. If a meltdown should happen, my loss is limited to less than « a point per share. The Sep and Dec options series look very interesting. The 'in the money' options carry very little premium. Just do not bet the farm on any option investments. Easier to go to Atlantic City and bet it all on black!!

Here's to happy, prudent investing!!
