I have a neighbor who just paid $290k for a 6,800 sq ft two story on 5 acres that's two years old. I don't live in that upscale of an area. Anyway they redid the garage 30x30, into a family room and added a 3 car on the other side. Looks nice but the money for a family with only two kids.
