Ok NightOwl I will send out the peace flag. I have had enough name calling. Please everyone - no calling people liars, no bashing, no gloating UNTIL RMBS is at 50 or 120. Again I believe I have been civil to those that are civil to me and who are not obviously bashing without any facts. Is it time for all of this to stop? ========================================================= Now are there any opinions out there about what the case being in arbitration might mean. Clearly they are working towards a settlement IMO but how quick does this usually happen? Any legal thoughts on this?
