Hi D.G.L., CCGR has recently filed an amended 10sb, in order to resolve approximately 70 comments by the SEC. Now we are waiting to see if the SEC will return with any comments that they feel haven't been addressed by CCGR. How long will it take? Tough to predict. It could be a month to a few months to finally get approved. But the one thing I'm confident about is, CCGR has hired a firm to take care of the filings, and with the money the company has already spent, they are quite SERIOUS about becoming FULLY REPORTING and trading once again on the OTC.
