Charles, I have no response to that, LOL.

Still looking for facts concerning the insider selling, though. I'll sell my paltry 1100 shares as soon as I see FACTS that more than 1% of insider holdings were sold in August. So far I'm ahead enough to fly first class back to my old stamping grounds in Sonoma County and eat and drink to my heart's content at John Ashe's modest bistro in Santa Rosa, several times over.

Haven't checked, but it seems to me that the lady who sold is now under water on her trades. Some tell.
