Bill Ulrich --- "Knowingly lying to others for the specific purpose of enriching one's self, leaving the victim poorer is wrong." We are not here to talk about what is RIGHT and what is WRONG. I haven't seen anyone arguing that what Lebed did is morally correct. But that is irrelevant. The questions are: (1) What is legal, and what is not? and (2) What is an appropriate subject for SEC enforcement, and what is not?
