FCC & "Not in the public interest" ..

In the following document wirelessethernet.org ,
3Com, Ericsson, and Nokia,
members of Bluetooth ... demonstrate that wideband frequency hopping devices (WBFH) as proposed by HomeRF --
will cause harmful interference to Bluetooth products,
and are likely to injure their commercial viability.
They further state that "It is not in the public interest for the Commission to change Part 15 rules in a way that effectively denies Bluetooth to customers."

On this information, I based my previous references and
conclusions.

Other documents which support my conclusions, see ...
wirelessethernet.org

Mardy.
