"downloaded music and software will be the preferred method of delivery one day."

There is no doubt in my mind. I have successfully changed every recurring bill I pay to electronic transfer except one, and I am haranguing the people who won't accommodate me to move the heck into the 21st century a few months early. It wouldn't bother me if I never wrote another check or had another dollar bill in my pocket. I'm certain I can get by without trips to the store to buy CD's for music or software in the same way. But this has little to do with MP3.com, as the company made a major tactical error in deciding to try to circumvent the IP laws in trying to set up its business and that's going to be the end of them. You do understand that MP3.com has nothing to do with the MP3 file format, right?

Regards,

Barb
