CIBC downgraded a bunch of semi-eq stocks on Sept. 22nd. What I find a bit ironic is that a few of these stocks have Price to Sales ratios under 2 (GSNX and EGLS, were the ones I looked up but there are probably others). These companies had a hard time during the Asian downturn but have shown steady growth lately. Pretty amazing what's considered unattractive these days....
