Tell him to be careful about his taxes. I've seen several Saudi expats crash and burn economically after they decided to come back to the states into the tentacles of the IRS. One of my first tax cases when I was a young pup was one of these. Last I heard, they missed their daughter's wedding and were never coming back into the States. Might not be such a bad idea, but, Yikes!
