VJ: I'm expecting CSCO to announce a deal shortly after the STRM shareholder meeting in July to approve the deal. All may be relatively quiet in the networking business until then. Remember when the CSCO STRM deal was announced that the net stocks were all carried higher. Without new acquisition speculation this group has stumbled badly, with the exception of CSCO. In any case, CSCO has announced their intentions to acquire other companies. The current correction just makes the good candidates more affordable. As for XYLN, I don't know this company and have no opinion. If their market valuation to annual sales is less than ten times and they have a substantial competitive advantage in the networking industry they are certainly a candidate. Good luck! gw
