stribe30... You're beating a dead horse. The arguments that you present have been gone over so many times. From all the research I've done, I do believe Rambus will win the court battle, but not by going to court. There will be pre-court settlements in Rambus' favor. As far as Rambus only being in 2% of computer systems that you can buy off the shelf, let me ask you what percentage of DDR computer systems I can now buy off the shelf? Where can I buy one?
