| I don't mean to express too much dubiousness, but in my father's case, 3200 square feet means a master bedroom with a nice sitting room and large private bathroom (with a jacuzzi), four other bedrooms (he made one into an office), a mid- size dining room and living room, separated by a large foyer, a modest library, and another parlor. In addition, there is a huge family room, a large kitchen, and a modest breakfast room. The basement is full, if not completely finished. There is also a two car garage. This is in two stories. I cannot even imagine what anyone would do with twice as much space, and three times as much is an orphanage. Are you sure of your data? |
