Interesting Zeev, But I don't understand the assumptions underlying your opinion that a win in Europe (Germany) would set a strong precedent for the MU suit. Frankly, I don't see how it could be relevant to MU's allegations in view of your assertion that the "JEDEC" defense is meaningless in Europe. And I hope you didn't take my comments as suggesting that RMBS' intent in the MU case is simply a matter of delay. I would bet money against that. My point was only that RMBS apparently doesn't feel required to let "time" dictate their course in the MU case. 0\|0
