Zeev, I understand your lack of concern for the allegations of fraud and deceit (my characterization) that underlie MU's JEDEC related claims. What I don't know is whether or not such allegations can be plead in Europe, as defensive matter or otherwise. I take it from your comments that you have less concern about those possibilities than you do regarding the MU case itself. Perhaps you're right but I have no basis to assume so. 0\|0
