But sheez! do you think they coulda hedged and obfuscated just a little more?
I realize nothing (except for IL violation leading to a return to the ACT) works every time but there's enough disclaiming phraseology in that page to give even a corporate lawyer a headache..>gg<
The drop in LU on the day in question was real...regardless of how it's portrayed. The general thrust of PGDCEB rules should retain significant viability IMO.
