BURNABY, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 2000--Concept Wireless Inc.
(CDNX:CEU - news; the ``Company'' or ``Concept'') is pleased to announce that
Vice-President Mr. Michael Ginn is currently in Hong Kong for meetings with a Hong Kong public listed company regarding a
partnership to build an Internet Data Center (``IDC'') in the capital city of Guangzhou in the booming southern province of
Guangdong.

The Hong Kong Public Company has extensive real estate holdings in Hong Kong and China including ownership of a major
fiber-optic network in China that connects several provinces including Guangdong. The Hong Kong partner will provide the
facilities and access to its fiber-optic network for the IDC project. Concept will contribute financing as well as use of Sun
Microsystems, Inc.'s (``Sun'') Internet technology platform that is proposed for the Company's IDC project in Beijing.

This proposed project in Guangzhou is strategically important for the Company as it enters into the Internet support service
market in China. A multiple IDC location setup will allow the Company to reach a wider range of customers as well as better
serve those clients with multi-location operations. While in Hong Kong, Mr. Ginn will also be meeting with Sun to finalize a
service agreement for the IDC project in Beijing.

Paging / Two-way Wireless Messaging / VoIP / ISP Services

The Company holds an interest in a paging joint venture (``Contour'') that operates paging systems in 13 major cities located
throughout Shandong Province. It has in excess of 400,000 subscribers and is the second largest paging network in the
province. Earlier this year, Contour reached an agreement to secure licenses to provide two-way wireless messaging, voice
over Internet protocol (``VoIP'') and Internet access (``ISP'') services. This partnership will allow Contour to expand its paging
business to include two-way wireless messaging and to broaden its revenue base by diversifying into ISP services and VoIP for
long distance telephone services via the Internet.

The plans are to rollout the first two-way wireless messaging system in Jinan, Capital City of Shandong province prior to the
end of this year. Discussions with two equipment suppliers are entering the final stages and a decision will be made between
California-based GWCom and Ericsson's Mobitex system. The company expects to launch the ISP and VoIP services
following the deployment of the two-way wireless messaging system.

Management plans to leave for Shandong province later this week for further follow-up meetings.
