Price quotation on CVTK is a sham and a shame?

Yahoo can not find the stock.
Snap(NBCi) and RagingBull used Nasdaq stock reports and is based on the last trade market makers reported. Inaccurately reported $0.001 for several days. 12.5 cents yesterday. RagingBull shows 68 cents ask and 43.8 cents bid from international three exchanges.
NDB has no bid and ask offers.

All the previously listed market makers are no longer listed in the OTCBB trading data. No one has any customers to buy and sell?

Hoover and Market guide had no data. Only SEC reports are still available. Dun&Bradstreet shows no or rather not much outstanding debt. But the president was from Belden, and the branch still has 18 people hired. It seemed to have an operation where they could assemble wires and resell with value added? They have customers who gave them revenue of $40-46 million each year.

SEC report shows they have an agreement to sell their operation with the tax loss last year to be reimbursed a half of it. The agreement was a downward revised agreement from last year. So the chances of completion is slim. If it is completed without changes, CVTK will become a shell with about $2.5 million cash. Which cash is about $0.50/share.

So, you can not buy any shares due to the strange situation of quote reporting. I believe there are many companies in this kind of limbo.
