Well hello Rick. Perhaps it is fitting to see all the old familiar names here on SI just prior to the IND filing. Yes, I suspect you are right. It will come down to working a deal and money. I hope the sick aren't left waiting in line while greed rears it's ugly head.

As near as I can tell, Chuck got kicked out of the action and now he wants a piece of the action back and as a bonus he hopes to stick it to Dr. Hirschman in the process. This amounts to nothing more then a burr under the saddle, but it's a pretty big burr. It looks to me like Chuck has been well paid already, so perhaps this is mostly about sticking it to Dr. Hirschman.

I don't know the exact number of shares that Chuck received but it is over a million at a strike price of .16 a share. That seems like more then fair compensation.
