Anon, RE: You would think that the LUCENT management and all their top advisors should be pretty hip to what traditionally happens during the month of September (it supposedly is mostly always a down month, end of quarter, etc) then why did they choose the end of September to spin-off AVAYA? Why not do it during a month when the market is traditionally UP

I cannot understand why it matters.
