I don't get my money back in Pa because of another state. Gore Clinton run around wiring schools without the classes to teach the students how to use the equipment. bye the time the schools are wired we may be in the next phase, wireless and what a loss of tax dollars in wiring old tech.

We don't get to determine, how locally, my tax dollars should be spent because Washington knows better. <g>
