William, RE: HIRI There is a group that currently controls >50% of the stock that will be trying to replace the majority of the board memebers and oust the CEO, Don Engel. When news of this gets out it may temporarily depress the price of the stock. I own a substantial number of shares but have been holding off buying any more until the news is out and digested. Art
