The share price will continue to fall. The last thing Shalom wants is to release info which would cause the share price to rise. As he is now pricing a new placement, he needs the share price to be low and thus attract the big money crowd. Once the placement is priced and finalized, the floodgate will open and new info will spew forth like ot's on RB. DAve
