Why do some states have no sales tax, others have 8%........each state is different and not always in the best interest of the individual. here in PA.......the rural 80% of the state vote conservative ,and the liberal cities of Philly and Pitt. are always shortchanged at the state capital when the urban areas need funding for school, roads, and transit.Please don't tell me that state politics are less corrupt than federal!
