Nope, that is exactly what the Houses want all of us to believe. the only way they can make up for their surprising losses on INTC is to capitalize on everyone thinking that way so they will continue to sell.

The next thing you will hear is that INTC is being upgraded based on RELATIVE VALUATION.

It does not matter to me though, if I dollar cost my options low enough on A GREAT STOCK LIKE INTC, I do not need a huge move. JUST A VERY VERY TINY ONE.
