Hey Swiss, gotta hand it to you for speaking out. If folks don't want to here the other side, hey its only their fault. And this is nothing against Mogul - I have found his posts at times to be somewhat helpful. At the same time, I would agree with you on 2 things.

1. When Mogul or others here on SI blow a call, they shouldn't be so proud or vain not to admit it. Mogul's market calls as of late have been so-so at best.

2. If anyone DOESN'T believe Kim Lee run a pump and dump ring, and Mogul was her 2nd in command, while I have some swampland in FLorida for you. I used to hang out in a chat room with Modern Investor (the same Mod who was mentioned in the header of Kim's thread). Mod occassionally spoke of Kim and her uncanny picks. As more people inquired, he started saying the picks in the chat room - usually he would wait til the exact minut they were posted - but several times he gave out the pick in advance - sayingsomething to the effect of "Kim and her friends are gonna post a buy on XXXX stock in a couple minutes". Folks in the chat room sometimes bought, and true enough, the buy was posted a little later causing a spike in the price which people could dump into if they wanted. I one time caught Mod in a statement, showing that he was clearly buying far ahead of everyone, along with Kim, Mogul and a few others. We were talking about entry prices - saying I got XXXX at $15, etc - when Mod said his entry price - and I compared it to time and sales data, it was apparant that he got in at least half an hour earlier, and you could see unusual accumulation in the stock at that time. That was a classic pump and dump operation - there is absolutely no doubt about it. So, anyone who wants to dispute you on it is all wet.

The sad thing is, I think on his own, Mogul at times offered some good tips (more on individual stocks rather than market generalities where I think he is average at best), and still will, and I wish him success on his thread. but at the same time, his past is tainted by being 2nd in command for Kim's pump and dump ring. As long as readers understand that going in, well - buyer beware.

PS Swiss - someone mentioned Rande's thread in a response to you. You may want to check it out - I haven't found a more trustworthy and honest group of core members anywhere else.
