Bosco - Mike, I agree this will be a very attractive investment for many investors, especially with ADI's sterling credit rating. This is a very bullish move, coming from a position of strength, at a time when ADI is ready to grab the brass ring. So now the speculation on what they'll do with the proceeds begins... BV
