I wish I got the O&G journal. Find the industry fascinating but don't have an energy background. It is hard to get ahold of any non-economic energy data that a techie like myself can understand.

I honestly don't understand how anyone could make an argument that storing oil in tankers is profitable. I may be "missing" something but common sense tells me that any tanker company managements doing this would be putting themselves out of business while their competitors are raking in the bucks. They want to ship it, as fast as possible, so they can pick up another payload.
