One more comment on CSCO, it may be in the early stages of pulling an INTC, one commentator pointed out on CNBC this AM that money was going from INTC to BRCM, I believe the same thing is happening with CSCO/JNPR. All of the four horsemen appear to be wheezing a bit these days.

I also heard that CSCO, LU Nortel etc.. have loaned money or provided some sort of creative financing to clients so they can buy their equipment, especially in Latin America. Not all this money can be recovered, I heard the situation is worse at LU than at CSCO in that regard.
