While I'm certain that CNC's "secret" meeting was legal (for a few more weeks), there is an issue regarding whether it was ethical. Based on what I've heard, the information disclosed at the meeting was quite detailed and very material. Yet CNC shareholders do not know when, if ever, this information will be disclosed to them. It would be a simple matter for CNC to post a transcript on its website, and its refusal to do so indicates that CNC and its management have no regard whatsoever for its shareholders.
