The appeals court would never, ever, ever let this happen. There is some justice in the world still, you know. There is no way MSFT would be forced to live with Jackson's penalties without a fair trial under the appeals court. No possibility of this at all, IMO.

Yeah, great idea and soooo helpful for consumers. I'd sure like to pay MORE for a version of windows without IE. Great idea.
