This decision is the worst thing that could have happened to MSFT and its shareholders. Whatever the outcome, the case can be appealed to the Supreme Court and this case could linger for years. MSFT needs to settle this thing. I was hopiing for it to go to the SC so in about a year this would be a non-issue.

As I said before, lawsuits hinders a company ability to execute. MSFT is no exception. Look at T as a textbook case.

Lastly, this means nothing if MSFT does not increase their top line. If not, a INTC type of reaction can occur even if MSFT wins their case in appeal and SC. Todays news means nothing, IMO.
