Yep. Is that any worse than killing two people with a knife, having enough money to get smart lawyers, and not even getting a slap on the wrists? Sure, nothing is perfect, but I have serious problem with the government in the business of offing it's citizens. Just a bad precedent in my mind.

Not to pick nits, but in what state will being a serial child molester get you a death penalty?
