This decision is the worst thing that could have happened to MSFT and its shareholders. Whatever the outcome, the case can be appealed to the Supreme Court and this case could linger for years.

BLI, An Appeals court decision DOESN'T necessarily get reviewed by the SC--actually they rarely do. This case is one the SC should want to avoid.
