It's not clear how AZS is secured by BGO...what does AZS get to do if there is a payment default, and the 2 million is vacuumed away by the bank? Would AZS then just be an unsecured 2 million dollar creditor? Another q: how long will it take BGO to zip thru the 2 million bucks? John
