Jan,

As mentioned yesterday, INTC was in the the oversold region per my short-term technicals. Today I have a CLASS 2/ borderline CLASS 1 BUY signal on INTC, so INTC should be within 1-2 days of a bottom, if not today. On my WEEKLY charts I have a CLASS 1 BUY signal also, which implies that the bottom should be no later than next week(keep in mind that its on a weekly chart).

The problem with INTC's CLASS 2/borderline CLASS 1 buy is that my short-term technicals in the NAZ/NDX are only in the midrange which implies that the NAZ/NDX has more downside potential. So will INTC remain flat or bounce if the NAZ/NDX continues to decline or will it follow the NAZ/NDX. I dont know. INTC is close to some sort of a short-term bottom in terms of time.
