Michael, M: That said Did you want RMBS to ask for royalties before they were awarded a patent? Scumbria:Why did it take 10 years to get awarded a simple patent? No matter how you sanitize it, the SDRAM claim looks very suspect. Who are you blaming for this. Is it RMBS's fault it took the patent office 9 years or so to award this thing. How can you possibly blame RMBS for that? It just is not logical. I am sure RMBS would have rather had the patent 10 years ago.
