Jay:

You are taking a lot of flak from those users who depend on a reliable, high speed data feed to support their trading, but here's a qualified (and virtual) pat on the back from one reasonably satisfied user - investor and short term stock/option trader - who has been with Q-Charts from the beginning. I've tried other services, but none comes close in providing the service I need to support my own decision making.

That said, there's no question that the service has really deteriorated in reliability over the last several months, particularly at crucial times when markets are moving quickly and trading volumes are high. I realize that QFeed/QCharts was originally developed to service users with 56K modems, but it sure looks like you all dropped the ball and way underestimated the server load that would result, not only from increased numbers of users, but also as users upgraded to DSL/cable. My cable modem typically runs around 600Kbps (even though it runs at 1.5 Mbps on a loop to my ISP) because of general internet restrictions, but even at that speed you need an order of magnitude increase in server/load balancing capacity to service the same number of users.

I truly hope you guys can get these Comstock data feed and server restrictions worked out by 10/31 as you keep promising.
