johnd--Don't celebrate yet. The record that goes to the appellate court will strongly favor the DOJ. So many of the people posting on this thread assume that since some members of the D.C. Circuit ruled for MSFT before, they will do so again, or that their political leanings will be relevant. I don't think so. I think they will affirm the monopoly finding and their only disagreement will be in the remedies area, specifically the breakup. This is far from over.
