Dawson Science Corp. Signs Engagement Letter With Ernst & Young
PRNewswire/ -- Dawson Science Corp. (NASDBB Symbol: DWSC) has just signed an engagement letter with Ernst and Young, Certified Public Accountants - Hong Kong Office. Dawson Science Corp. has begun a rigorous acquisition program in Asia and selected Ernst and Young because of their experience in merging U.S. and Chinese (PRC) companies.
Y.T. Shek, Chairman and the man behind the acquisition program says: "I believe Dawson Science Corp. will become one of the major Chinese companies within the next 5 years combining the opportunities in China with the financial strength in the USA."
Recently, Dawson Science Corp. acquired 70% of City Garden, a major
industrial, residential development in Beijing, China located within the Economic Technical Development Zone where international companies such as AT&T, GE, Kimberly-Clark of the USA, Matsushita Electric Works of Japan, ABB of Switzerland, Bayer of Germany, Shiseido of Japan, AMCOR Packaging of Australia, Asea Brown Boverie of Switzerland and Lotte of Korea have already built or committed to build world class business and manufacturing facilities there.
Dawson Science also acquired Kallis Investment Ltd. (Hong Kong) which owns 65% interest in Qin Huang Dao Kallis Glass Company (Known as Q-Glass).
When the audit is finished, other acquisitions will be completed.
