CACS has been pounded. I have traded this in the past, but have been out for a while. I think part of the panic is that Telcos are perceived as slowing down their spending, and the departure of several key sales execs at CACS recently. Shorts are heavy on this one, and I am considering taking a position again in anticipation that the shorts will cover soon. Tom
