I would get the Duron. The Duron 600 is really cheap and a motherboard like the A7V is around 140 bucks. Together they will be around 200 bucks. If you buy a Coppermine 700, that is around 200 by itself. The Durons can overclock to 1 gig and beyond if you go read the overclocking guides. If you play games then you should upgrade the video card to a Geforce MX. Paul
