KREM: Eat the donuts. . .short the stock.

Yeah, some people love their donuts. But the only reason the Krispy-Kreamy stock is above $30, in my opinion, is because there are only 3 million shares in the float. Even today it traded more than 10% of its float. This makes it simple to take higher, by the investment bankers, etc. who brought it onboard.

I mean think about it. A 1.2 Billion dollar market cap on a donut shop that has been around since the depression era. A PE ratio of 111 for a donut shop. 111 years worth of earnings. Talk about your baker's dozen.

If the CEO of KREM were smart, he would spend about $33 million worth of that stock and buy Diedrich Coffee out of Irvine [DDRX] to go with all those donuts.

Unfortunately, I predict that KREM will end its glory run in a greasy splat.
