Att would have to first buy the shares held by the public by tender. Then they would buy the MSO puts. Finally they would IPO Excite.

There's no munnee in any of this. Why would anyone care about what Joe Bell or Jerry Doe is doing? ATHM is just dead money and management is hell bent to make it deader because they think they are finally bringing it together but all they are doing is deluding themselves. I'm talking about the new management team. They will end up just like their predecessors.
