What's "OK"? I do not really believe that access to capital is an issue for WCII. It has adequate funding to get to where it needs. The reall issue is can it get there. I say it has demonstrated that it can, no matter what fate befell GST. Market says I'm dead wrong. Market says there is such a glut od service providers and prices will drop to non economic levels. Only the strongest will survive--market says only XO survives. Meanwhile, market says LD was buried weeks ago, why does anyone believe anyoone can make money providinf service in telco. The believers at this point are way behind the market curve. If market is right, we're dead meat; if not, we''ll be OK. I believe we see an upturn when the quarter ends, but I'm not certain. I no longer have any confidence in anything.
