bobby, my time frame on QCOM is right here and now not year to date it is one of the few strong stocks on NDX. Since September 1, its up 14 points or 20% in the face of death. My nearterm target on QCOM remains 83-84 for a 20 + point trade. If NDX gets legs back to back, QCOM could hit this target by the end of the week.
