If you are going to buy you may want to wait for the volume
to drop first, or for CACS to close in the green for a day
or two. God only knows where the bottom is and we are still
making new 52 week lows every day. Many investors held thinking it would never go this low, and unfortunately I am one of them. I may want to buy more as well, WHEN ITS MOVING UP, NOT DOWN.
