that was the only data that was available on 1s call but lets look at your numbers: 33%, 106%, 12%, 35%, 46%, 32%, -10%, 34%, 32% and on average indeed it is 33% but since we are talking of 10 numbers lets add 1.77E for 01 and use 1.67E for this year (1st call) lets observe how average increase is changing over years 31% 10 31% 9 23% 8 25% 7 23% 6 19% 5 16% 4 27% 3 23% 2 6% 1
that is not a happy pattern especially if you consider those capital gains. Hmmmmm..... try to chart it too, the chart looks scary :-))
I wonder what would it be for 30 years? :-))
